Döbbenet, de Dwayne Johnson a folyamatos mozifilm-forgatások közé beiktatott egy 11 részes sorozatot is, Young Rock címmel. Az NBC által berendelt széria a Szikla fiatal éveit dolgozná fel, méghozzá mulatságos formában.

Johnson minden egyes részben fel fog bukkanni, de hogy színészként vagy inkább műsorvezető-szerű szerepben, arról még nem szól a fáma. Esetleg felnőttként fog gimis fotóalbumokat lapozgatni?

Az sem derült még ki, hogy mikorra várható az új sorozat. Ami viszont biztos, hogy a Fresh Off the Boat showrunnere, Nahnatchka Khan veszi kezelésbe a sztorit, régi alkotótársával, Jeff Chianggal. Addig is gyönyörködhetünk The Rock izomzatában a Jumanji: The Next Level megtekintésekor, javasolja az Uproxx.
